The house
The house is fully equipped and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people (more than 12 people are not allowed). The property is located on a site of approximately 1400m² and is used exclusively by our customers.

The kitchen area includes Washer, dryer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, 2 combi fridges, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, sandwich machine, toaster, dishes and cutlery. Bed linen and towels are also included in the price. All 6 bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, magnifying mirrors and toiletries.
Other spaces
The house has a private property and a very large communal area with two other country houses and playground (equipped with giant chess, tic tac toe, etc.), soccer field and picnic areas – all in the middle of a beautiful pine forest.
Common zones
The house in addition to the independent area has a common area of about 3000 meters that can be easily accessed if desired and shared only with two other rural houses in the same complex, where you can find: a wonderful soccer field, a magnificent tree-lined huge pines and picnic areas, play area, a large playground for children, giant chess, trampoline, games painted on the floor of twister and hopscotch etc …

General conditions of the Rural Cottage
In the event of cancellation, a partial payment is refundable.
With the reservation confirmation, 50% of the booking costs are due. The remaining payment is due upon arrival.
After your reservation, we will contact you to clarify the payment procedure by credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
CELEBRATING PARTIES IS FORBIDDEN on our premises. The usage contract contains defined rules that we kindly ask you to adhere to.
WEEKEND: Composed of Friday, Saturday and Sunday (if there is no other reservation on that day, the departure time may be until 7:00 p.m., in case if we have another reservation, the house must be left at 11:00 a.m. .)
EXTRA LATE DEPARTURE: If you are interested in staying until 9 pm on the day of departure, you can do so by paying an extra 95 euros, thus guaranteeing you can spend the whole day in the accommodation.

High season 20% surcharge (Christmas, Easter, July, August and national holidays)
Initial cleaning of the rural house included.
Each house has its private indoor pool with Jacuzzi and barbecue.
Pets Allowed.
We do not accept bachelor parties or similar parties.
Lockable swimming pool, the use of swimming pools is prohibited without an adult supervising.
FAMILY RURAL HOUSES
We remind you that our rural houses are family and NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED, so OUTDOOR MUSIC AND IN THE POOL AREA IS FORBIDDEN.
For civic reasons towards the rest of clients and neighbors, failure to comply with this rule will lead to the cancellation of the contract and eviction of the houses or apartments without the possibility of any compensation.
HOUSING CONSERVATION AND DEPOSIT
The client receives the house in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order, and is obliged to take care of it, the garden with its furniture, shed and barbecues, correctly.
If the client observes any defect or anomaly, it must be reported at the time
to take account.
€ 300 will be delivered upon entry by cash or credit card to guarantee the repair of possible damages and will be returned one day after departure.
