WEEKEND
Composed of Friday, Saturday and Sunday (if there is no other reservation on that day, the departure time may be until 7:00 p.m., in case if we have another reservation, the house must be left at 11:00 a.m.)
EXTRA LATE DEPARTURE: If you are interested in staying until 9 pm on the day of departure, you can do so by paying an extra 95 euros, thus guaranteeing you can spend the whole day in the accommodation.
- 20% surcharge in high season (Christmas, Easter, July, August and national holidays).
We have apartments to come with your pet. - The reservation of apartments that are canceled 72 hours in advance is FREE cancellation, but after that period will be charged only 1 day for cancellation of reservation or not presented (RURAL HOUSE see conditions of cancellation)
- Extra services such as cleaning, laundry, telephone (optional services) are not included in these prices.
The cleaning fee is € 10/ an hour plus 10% VAT.

Cancellation policy
APARTMENTS
- You can cancel the reservation, free of charge, up to 3 days before the arrival date.
- You will pay the first night if you cancel during the 3 days before the arrival date.
- The establishment will always automatically charge 50% of the reservation of the apartment, on your card.
- If this reservation is canceled before 3 days, the total amount will be refunded automatically.
RURAL HOUSE
- Partially reimbursable.
- You will pay 50% of the total price if you cancel after making the reservation and the total price if you cancel during the 7 days before the arrival date.
- The establishment will always automatically charge 50% of the reservation of the rural house on your card, to be able to leave the reservation confirmed. This amount will no longer be refunded in case of cancellation.
Special Prices for daily cleaning included for groups of workers, businesses and for large amounts of guests (for long stays):
