The accommodation is located on a plot of about 1200 independent meters and being FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE HOUSE: the indoor pool with Jacuzzi for 6 people, solarium, games room, play station, pin table, table football, pool table, large darts barbecue and fireplace in the living room.
The kitchen area includes a washing machine, dryer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, 2 fridge-freezers, 1 microwave, coffee maker, juicer, sandwich maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery among many other items. Bed linen and towels are also included, the 2 bathrooms have a hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and toiletries.
Fully equipped with bathrooms, suites, children’s room with play station, large living room with fireplace and cozy kitchen, free Wi-fi available, free indoor parking, barbecue area with charcoal and firewood included, pool area and Jacuzzi covered with pool towels included.
The house, in addition to the independent area, has a common area of about 3000 meters that can be easily accessed if desired and shared only with two other rural houses in the same complex. In this area you will find a wonderful soccer field, a magnificent tree-lined park with huge pine trees and picnic areas, a play area, a large playground for children, giant chess, a trampoline, games painted on the ground made of twister and hopscotch, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Partially Refundable.
The client will have to pay 50% upon confirmation of the reservation and the other 50% upon arrival.
When making the reservation we contact you to make the payment by credit card or transfer.
CANCELLATION IS FREE until 60 days before arrival.
WEEKEND: Composed of Friday, Saturday and Sunday (if there is no other reservation on that day, the departure time may be until 7:00 p.m., in case if we have another reservation, the house must be left at 11:00 a.m.)
EXTRA LATE DEPARTURE: If you are interested in staying until 9 pm on the day of departure, you can do so by paying an extra 95 euros, thus guaranteeing you can spend the whole day in the accommodation.

FAMILY RURAL HOUSES
We remind you that our rural houses are family and NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED, so OUTDOOR MUSIC AND IN THE POOL AREA IS FORBIDDEN.
For civic reasons towards the rest of clients and neighbors, failure to comply with this rule will lead to the cancellation of the contract and eviction of the houses or apartments without the possibility of any compensation.
HOUSING CONSERVATION AND DEPOSIT
The client receives the house in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order, and is obliged to take care of it, the garden with its furniture, shed and barbecues, correctly.
If the client observes any defect or anomaly, it must be reported at the time
to take account.
€ 300 will be delivered upon entry by cash or credit card to guarantee the repair of possible damages and will be returned one day after departure.
MAISONS RURALES FAMILIALES
Nous vous rappelons que nos maisons rurales sont familiales et AUCUNE FÊTE N’EST AUTORISÉE, donc LA MUSIQUE EXTÉRIEURE ET DANS LA PISCINE EST INTERDITE.
Pour des raisons civiques envers le reste des clients et des voisins, le non-respect de cette règle entraînera l’annulation du contrat et l’expulsion des maisons ou des appartements sans possibilité de compensation.
CONSERVATION ET DÉPÔT DU LOGEMENT
Le client reçoit la maison dans des conditions optimales de propreté et d’ordre, et est obligé de prendre soin d’elle, le jardin avec son mobilier, cabanon et barbecues, de manière correcte.
Si le client constate un défaut ou une anomalie, il doit être signalé au moment
pour tenir compte.
300 € vous seront livrés à l’entrée en espèces ou par carte bancaire pour garantir la réparation d’éventuels dommages et vous seront restitués un jour après le départ de votre séjour.
