General conditions of the rural house

CANCELLATION POLICY
Partially Refundable.
The client will have to pay 50% upon confirmation of the reservation and the other 50% upon arrival.
When making the reservation we contact you to make the payment by credit card or transfer.
CANCELLATION IS FREE until 60 days before arrival.

Weekend consisting of Friday + Saturday and Sunday
Until 8:00 p.m. (if no other reservation enters that day we allow them to stay until 8:00 p.m., if this is not the case, the house must be left at 12:00 p.m.)

VAT included
Includes: water, electricity, heating, flat internet rate, charcoal for barbecue, firewood, stove + cylinder + paella pan

High season 20% surcharge (Christmas, Easter, July, August and national holidays)

• Initial cleaning of the rural house included.
• Each house has its private indoor pool with Jacuzzi and barbecue.
• Pets Allowed.
• We do not accept bachelor parties or similar parties.
• Lockable swimming pool, the use of the pool and Jacuzzi is prohibited to minors without an adult supervising.
