Cancellation policy
FREE cancellation
You can cancel the reservation, free of charge, up to 3 days before the arrival date.
You will only pay the first night if you cancel during the 3 days before the arrival date.
Weekend consisting of Friday + Saturday and Sunday
Until 20:00 (if another reservation does not enter that day we allow them to stay until 20:00, if this is not the case the house must be left at 12:00)
Monthly stay:
Deposit of 700 euros for the guarantee of furniture and fixtures
Biweekly stay:
Deposit of 300 euros for the guarantee of furniture and fixtures.
Includes: water, electricity, heating, flat internet rate, weekly change of sheets and towels.
High season 20% surcharge (Christmas, Easter, July, August and national holidays)
